(See <a href=\"SM356191\">CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id15200000400001\" id=\"id15200000400001\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Resistance Inspection<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Driver-side scuff plate (See <a href=\"SM356211\">SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Driver-side front side trim (See <a href=\"SM356199\">FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Driver-side A-pillar trim (See <a href=\"SM356198\">A-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Cluster switch (See <a href=\"SM356191\">CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Verify that the resistance between cluster switch terminals B and C is as indicated in the table.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00011537.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00011537.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If not within the specification, replace the cluster switch. (See <a href=\"SM356191\">CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id15200000400002\" id=\"id15200000400002\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>LED Illumination Inspection<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Driver-side scuff plate (See <a href=\"SM356211\">SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Driver-side front side trim (See <a href=\"SM356199\">FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Driver-side A-pillar trim (See <a href=\"SM356198\">A-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Cluster switch (See <a href=\"SM356191\">CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Apply battery positive voltage to cluster switch terminal J, and connect terminal I to ground.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ADEJJW00011278.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/ADEJJW00011278.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            4. Verify that the LED is turned on.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the LED does not turn on, replace the cluster switch.
