No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 6.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

5<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n VERIFY START STOP UNIT POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE (TERMINAL 2W)<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Inspect the AT 15 A fuse and MAIN 200 A fuse.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Any fuse is blown:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between MAIN 200 A fuse and start stop unit terminal 2W.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
      • \n

        Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
        • \n

          Repair or replace the wiring harness which has a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Replace the fuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

        • \n

          Any fuse is damaged:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            \n
          • \n

            Replace the fuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • \n

            All fuses are normal:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between battery positive terminal and start stop unit terminal 2W.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
              • \n

                Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n

                  Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n
