Always remove the hood with at least another person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If a different type of metal such as iron contacts the aluminum panel (aluminum), it could corrode the aluminum. Use exclusive surface finished bolts for the aluminum panel installation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            2. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003149.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003149.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the hood.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the wiper arm and blade. (See <a href=\"SM356289\">WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            5. Disconnect washer hose B from joint pipe A. (See <a href=\"SM356293\">WASHER HOSE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            6. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Front bumper (See <a href=\"SM356039\">FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM356040\">FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Front bumper slider (See <a href=\"SM356017\">FRONT BUMPER SLIDER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Front combination light (See <a href=\"SM356244\">FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Cowl grille (See <a href=\"SM356140\">COWL GRILLE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              e. Side step molding (See <a href=\"SM356168\">SIDE STEP MOLDING REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM356167\">SIDE STEP MOLDING INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              f. Door (See <a href=\"SM356048\">DOOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              g. Front fender insulator (See <a href=\"SM356038\">FRONT FENDER INSULATOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              h. Front fender panel (See <a href=\"SM356031\">FRONT FENDER PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            7. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003150.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003150.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            8. Remove the hood hinge.<\/p>\n<p>            9. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n<p>            10. Adjust the hood.
