2016 – MX-5 – Body and Accessories<\/h2>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

DOOR HINGE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2. Remove the wiper arm and blade. (See WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3. Disconnect washer hose B from joint pipe A. (See WASHER HOSE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

4. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n

a. Front bumper (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

b. Front bumper slider (See FRONT BUMPER SLIDER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

c. Front combination light (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

d. Cowl grille (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

e. Side step molding (See SIDE STEP MOLDING REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See SIDE STEP MOLDING INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

f. Door (See DOOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

g. Front fender insulator (See FRONT FENDER INSULATOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

h. Front fender panel (See FRONT FENDER PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

5. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n

6. Remove the door hinges.<\/p>\n

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n

8. Adjust the door. (See DOOR ADJUSTMENT<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
