2016 – MX-5 – Body and Accessories<\/h2>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

1. Perform the door glass preparation. (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n

a. Door trim (See DOOR TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

b. Door module panel (See DOOR MODULE PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

c. Door glass (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

4. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Remove the nuts (1).<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Remove the nuts (2).<\/p>\n

7. Remove the power window regulator through the door module panel installation hole.<\/p>\n

8. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n

9. Perform the power window system initial setting.(See POWER WINDOW SYSTEM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
