OUTER MIRROR GARNISH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Removal<\/h4>\n

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2. Remove the outer mirror glass. (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3. Press the tabs of the outer mirror garnish using the remover tool and detach the tabs from the outer mirror housing.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Press the tab of the outer mirror garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure using a tape-wrapped precision flathead screwdriver, and detach the tab from the outer mirror housing.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Remove the outer mirror garnish.

Installation<\/h4>\n

1. Press the outer mirror garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Install the outer mirror glass. (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL<\/a>.) (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3. Connect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
