2016 – MX-5 – Body and Accessories<\/h2>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

FRONT BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

1. Fully open the door glass.<\/p>\n

2. To prevent scratches or damage, apply protective tape to the positions shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Insert small tape-wrapped flathead screwdrivers into the position shown in the figure, and detach the front beltline molding clip from the door.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Insert a small tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the figure, and detach the front beltline molding clip from the door.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Pull up the front beltline molding in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure and detach the front beltline molding tabs from the door.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Remove the front beltline molding.<\/p>\n

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n
