Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. While pressing tabs in the direction of arrows (1), remove the roof hook lever in the direction of arrow (2).<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003947.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003947.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Selector lever knob (AT) (See <a href=\"SM353197\">AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Shift lever knob (MT)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Shift panel assembly (See <a href=\"SM356197\">SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Upper panel (See <a href=\"SM356228\">UPPER PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              e. Parking brake lever boot panel(See <a href=\"SM356180\">PARKING BRAKE LEVER BOOT PANEL REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              f. Rear console (See <a href=\"SM356194\">REAR CONSOLE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              g. Scuff plate (See <a href=\"SM356211\">SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              h. Tire house trim (See <a href=\"SM356200\">TIRE HOUSE TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              i. Wind blocker (See <a href=\"SM356221\">WIND BLOCKER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              j. Front seat back bar garnish (See <a href=\"SM356220\">SEAT BACK BAR GARNISH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              k. Quarter trim (See <a href=\"SM356222\">QUARTER TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              l. Back trim (See <a href=\"SM356223\">BACK TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005037.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005037.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            5. Remove the roof hook.<\/p>\n<p>            6. Install in the reverse order of removal. (See <a href=\"\"#id09160071560001\">Roof Hook Lever Installation Note<\/a>.)<br \/>\n          <a name=\"id09160071560001\" id=\"id09160071560001\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Roof Hook Lever Installation Note<\/h4>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the roof hook lever is installed incorrectly when installing it to the roof hook, the roof hook tabs may be damaged. When installing the roof hook lever, install it while thoroughly verifying the installation area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>When installing the roof hook lever, perform the following procedure:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Align the guides with the roof hook grooves, and insert them to install the roof hook lever.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003948.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003948.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2.
