2016 – MX-5 – Body and Accessories<\/h2>\n

DOOR TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2. Remove the inner handle cover while detach tabs, pin.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Remove the recess cover.<\/p>\n

4. Remove the screw.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Move the door trim in the order of arrows (1), (2), (3), (4),(5) and (6) shown in the figure and detach the clips.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Remove the door trim in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

7. Remove tab A in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

8. Remove the inner handle in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure while detaching tab B.<\/p>\n

9. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n

10. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n
