However, it has no effect on the light performance because the temperature inside the rear combination lights rises after illuminating a rear turn light or a period of time has elapsed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Remove the trunk end trim. (See <a href=\"SM356202\">TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Partially peel back the trunk side trim. (See <a href=\"SM356203\">TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the screw.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003299.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003299.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            5. Remove the nut.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>When removing the rear combination light from the body, it could interfere with the body and cause scratching or damage to the body. When removing the rear combination light from the body, apply protective tape to the body.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Do not use tape that has a strong adhesion strength, otherwise the paint coat may peel off.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            6. To prevent scratches or damage, affix protective tape to the position shown in the figure.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003940.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003940.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            7. Press the grommet to the outside from inside the body.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003276.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003276.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Disconnect the connector shown in the figure when removing the rear combination light and the short cord as a single unit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            8. Support the rear combination light.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003941.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003941.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            9. Insert your finger into the grommet installation hole and push the rear combination light in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, and detach the hook.<\/p>\n<p>            10. Pull the rear combination light in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and pull out the pin from the body.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003942.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXZZW00003942.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            11. Pull out the rear combination light short-cord from the hook.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003302.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003302.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            12. Turn the socket and cover counterclockwise and remove them in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure.<\/p>\n<p>            13. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003303.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003303.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            14. Remove the grommet. (See <a href=\"\"#id09180080100001\">Grommet Installation Note<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003304.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003304.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            15.
