Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Remove the column cover. (See <a href=\"SM356189\">COLUMN COVER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the wiper and washer switch. (See <a href=\"SM356282\">WIPER AND WASHER SWITCH REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4.
