2016 – MX-5 – Body and Accessories<\/h2>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

SiriusXM SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA FEEDER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

2. Remove the trunk end trim. (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

3. Remove the trunk side trim. (RH) (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

4. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Remove clip in the position shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

6. Pull out the grommet. (See Grommet Installation Note<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

7. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

8. Remove clips in the position shown in the figure.<\/p>\n

9. Pull out the grommet.<\/p>\n

10. Remove SiriusXM satellite radio antenna feeder.<\/p>\n

11. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Grommet Installation Note<\/h4>\n

1. Rotate the grommet in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and install it to the body.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Verify that the grommet markings are facing the vehicle rear as shown in the figure.<\/p>\n
