Pressure is applied to the ceramic diaphragm of the pressure detection part according to the refrigerant pressure in the cooler pipe.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUN00001329.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUN00001329.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2. The shape of the ceramic diaphragm changes by the applied pressure, and the amount of clearance between the electrodes changes.<\/p>\n<p>            3. The refrigerant pressure sensor detects the electrical load (capacitance) which changes according to the clearance amount, and converts it to a voltage value at the signal processing area.
