Switch the ignition off.<\/p>\n<p>            2. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC\u20132.<\/p>\n<p>            3. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).<\/p>\n<p>            4. Verify the DTC according to the directions on the M-MDS screen.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Press the clear button on the DTC screen to clear the DTC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            5. Switch the ignition off for <b>30 s or more<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Always switch the ignition off after clearing the DTC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If the engine is accidentally started, disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect it. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            6. Switch the ignition ON (engine on).<\/p>\n<p>            7. Verify all accessory loads are off.<\/p>\n<p>            8. Start the engine and maintain the engine speed at <b>2,800\u20143,200 rpm<\/b> until the cooling fan starts running (for A\/F sensor and HO2S activation).<\/p>\n<p>            9. When the cooling fan starts running, idle the engine.<\/p>\n<p>            10. Maintain idle for <b>30 s or more<\/b> after the cooling fan has stopped (for fuel learning).<\/p>\n<p>            11. Perform the DTC inspection again and verify that no DTCs are stored. (See <a href=\"SM352608\">ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            12. Switch the ignition off.<\/p>\n<p>            13.
