  • \n

    The actual idle speed is lower than expected by 100 rpm<\/b> for 14 s<\/b>, when the brake pedal is depressed (brake switch is on).<\/p>\n

    NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      If the atmospheric pressure is less than 72.2 kPa {0.736 kgf\/cm2<\/sup>, 10.5 psi}<\/b> or the intake air temperature is below \u221210 \u00b0C {14 \u00b0F}<\/b>, the PCM cancels the diagnosis of DTC P0506:00.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n Diagnostic support note<\/b><\/p>\n
      • \n

        This is a continuous monitor (CCM).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        The check engine light illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition in two consecutive drive cycles or in one drive cycle while the DTC for the same malfunction has been stored in the PCM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        PENDING CODE is available if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition during first drive cycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        FREEZE FRAME DATA\/Snapshot data is available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        DTC is stored in the PCM memory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n DTC P151B:00<\/b><\/p>\n
        • \n

          The PCM cannot control the idle speed toward the target idle speed during the KOER self test.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
