    Inspect for continuity between oil pressure switch terminal A (wiring harness-side) and body ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Is there continuity?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between oil pressure switch terminal A and PCM terminal 1P.<\/p>\n

    \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
  • \n

    Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
    • \n

      Repair or replace the wiring harness which has a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
