Verify that the fuel pressure sensor is normal. (See <a href=\"SM352808\">FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n<p>            3. Switch the ignition ON.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Select the \u201cFUEL_PRES\u201d PID on the M-MDS. (See <a href=\"SM352608\">ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the engine is run at a high speed, it could be damaged. When racing the engine, be careful not to increase the engine speed suddenly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            5. Is the \u201cFUEL_PRES\u201d PID value <b>3.0 MPa {31 kgf\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>, 435 psi} or more<\/b> while idling.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n<li>\n<p>If not as specified, replace the high pressure fuel pump.
