Turn off the engine and wait until they are cool before removing the exhaust system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Therefore, it takes care that there is no modification of exhaust manifold insulator at the time of attachment for dealing with it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id0115z580020005\" id=\"id0115z580020005\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Exhaust Manifold Removal Note<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Remove the bolt shown in the figure and set the ground cable aside.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005226.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005226.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2. Install the <b>SST (49 E017 5A0)<\/b> to the <b>SST (49 UN30 3050)<\/b> and engine hanger, then set them as shown in the figure.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005232.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005232.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Use 2 shafts as shown in the figure to lift up the engine on the left and right sides equally.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            13. Rotate the shaft of the <b>SST (49 E017 5A0)<\/b> to support the engine.<\/p>\n<p>            14. Lift up the engine until the engine mount rubber is slightly raised above the front crossmember and verify again that the engine is securely hung.<\/p>\n<p>            15. Push the position shown in the figure and move the engine toward the left side of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005233.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005233.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>The exhaust manifold can be removed by securing a space for removal. Therefore, the procedure is divided into one person moving the engine and one person removing the exhaust manifold.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            16. Sand the surface shown in the figure using sandpaper and remove sanding residue, accumulated matter, and friction marks.<\/p>\n<p>            2.
