(See <a href=\"SM353470\">AIR BAG SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM]<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM353492\">AIR BAG SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contact with the positive battery cable terminal could cause electrocution due to a short circuit and result in serious injury or death, or damage to vehicle parts. Do not contact the positive battery terminal when performing the procedure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>With the battery connected and the ignition switched ON, or if servicing is performed for a long period (10 min or more) with the ignition switched off.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If a door is opened\/closed after disconnecting the negative battery cable, the door interlock open\/close may not function and the door glass may be damaged. If it is not tightened to the specified torque, the battery charging\/discharging may be affected.
