Verify that no DTCs related to the APP sensor or throttle valve actuator are stored before the inspection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>The TP sensor cannot be removed as a single unit. When replacing the TP sensor, replace it together with the throttle body as a single unit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC\u20132.<\/p>\n<p>            2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).<\/p>\n<p>            3. Verify that the TP sensor output voltage (PID: TP1, TP2) varies according to the accelerator opening angle when the accelerator opening angle is gradually increased. (See <a href=\"SM352608\">ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If verified, go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If not as verified, replace the throttle body. (See <a href=\"SM352729\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            4. Verify that the TP sensor output voltage (PID: TP1, TP2) is within the specification when the accelerator pedal is depressed and not depressed. (See <a href=\"SM352608\">ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)]<\/a>.)
