Remove the balance weight from the wheel.<\/p>\n<p>            2. Remove the double-sided adhesive tape left on the wheel and remove any grease and dirt from the affixing surface.<\/p>\n<p>            3. Set the wheel to the wheel balancer and measure the unbalance amount and balance weight affixing position using the clip type balance weight mode.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Calculate the weight of the balance weight by multiplying <b>1.6<\/b> to the measured unbalance amount.<\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Example of balance weight calculation (unbalance amount displayed on wheel balancer: 23 g {0.81 oz})<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>23 g {0.81 oz}\u00d71.6 = 36.8 g {1.30 oz}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            5. Select the balance weight so that the weight is nearest to the calculated value (weight).<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Select the balance weight so that the weight is nearest to the calculated value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ex.1) <b>32.4 g {1.14 oz}<\/b> (calculated value) = <b>30 g {1.06 oz}<\/b> (weight of balance weight to be selected)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ex.2) <b>32.5 g {1.15 oz}<\/b> (calculated value) = <b>35 g {1.23 oz}<\/b> (weight of balance weight to be selected)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            6. Affix the selected balance weight to the balance weight affixing position (outer side) displayed by the wheel balancer.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Completely affix the balance weight by pressing it with 25 N {2.5 kgf, 5.6 lbf} or more of force per 5 g {0.2 oz} for 2 s or more.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Do not install three or more balance weights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Do not affix the balance weights in parallel or stack them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The total weight of all the balance weights must be 160 g {5.64 oz} or less.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008652.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008652.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>When affixing two balance weights, affix one on the left and the other on the right centering the balance weight affixing position displayed on the wheel balancer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008653.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008653.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id02120010430002\" id=\"id02120010430002\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Clip-type Balance Weight (Inner Side)<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Measure the unbalance weight and the balance weight clipping point using the wheel balancer.<\/p>\n<p>            2. Select the balance weight equivalent to the measured unbalance amount (weight).<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Select the balance weight so that the weight is nearest to the calculated value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Ex.1) <b>32.4 g {1.14 oz}<\/b> (calculated value) = <b>30 g {1.06 oz}<\/b> (weight of balance weight to be selected)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ex.2) <b>32.5 g {1.15 oz}<\/b> (calculated value) = <b>35 g {1.23 oz}<\/b> (weight of balance weight to be selected)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            3. Install the selected balance weight to the balance weight clipping position (inner side) displayed on the wheel balancer.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Do not install three or more balance weights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The weight of one balance weight must be 60 g {2.1 oz} or less, and the total weight of two balance weights must be 100 g {3.53 oz} or less.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008654.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AM2ZZW00008654.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>          <a name=\"id02120010430003\" id=\"id02120010430003\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Residual Unbalance Amount Verification<\/h4>\n<p>            1.
