Before servicing, disconnect the front ABS wheel-speed sensor and set it aside so that the wiring harness will not be pulled by mistake.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. When working on the right side of the vehicle, remove the front suspension tower bar (RH). (With front suspension tower bar) (See <a href=\"SM352871\">FRONT SUSPENSION TOWER BAR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. When working on the left side of the vehicle, remove the front suspension tower bar (LH). (With front suspension tower bar) (See <a href=\"SM352871\">FRONT SUSPENSION TOWER BAR REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the front ABS wheel-speed sensor from the wheel hub component.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005339.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005339.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the front ABS wheel-speed sensor wiring harness from the bracket and front upper arm and set it aside so that it does not interfere with the servicing.<\/p>\n<p>            5. Remove the front brake hose from the front upper arm and bracket and set it aside so that it does not interfere with the servicing.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005340.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005340.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            6. Remove in the order indicated in the table.<\/p>\n<p>            7. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n<p>            8. Inspect the front wheel alignment and adjust it if necessary. Loosen the front upper arm ball joint installation nut.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005341.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005341.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2. Disengage the front upper arm ball joint from the steering knuckle using the <b>SST<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003387.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003387.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the front upper arm ball joint installation nut.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005342.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005342.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            4.
