Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n<p>            2. After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.<\/p>\n<p>              a. Select \u201cSelf Test\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>              b. Select \u201cModules\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>              c. Select \u201cTCM\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>Snapshot data appears at the top of the help screen when the displayed DTC is selected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n              <b>Snapshot data<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>The data for all DTCs currently detected is stored.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul type=\"square\">\n                  <b>Recorded DTC timing<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>For DTCs with one drive cycle, data is recorded during the malfunction determination period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>For DTCs with two drive cycles, data is recorded during non-determination (1st diagnosis) periods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            3. Then, select the \u201cRetrieve CMDTCs\u201d and perform procedures according to the directions on the M-MDS screen.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Verify the DTC according to the directions on the screen.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If any DTCs are displayed, perform troubleshooting according to the corresponding DTC inspection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            5. After completion of repairs, clear all DTCs stored in the TCM. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.<\/p>\n<p>            2. After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.<\/p>\n<p>              a. Select \u201cSelf Test\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>              b. Select \u201cModules\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>              c. Select \u201cTCM\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>              d. Select \u201cRetrieve CMDTCs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>            3. Verify the DTC according to the directions on the screen.<\/p>\n<p>            4. Press the clear button on the DTC screen to clear the DTC.<\/p>\n<p>            5. Switch the ignition off.<\/p>\n<p>            6. Close all of the doors, hood, trunk lid, and liftgate, lock the doors, and wait for <b>3 min<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>            7. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for <b>5 s or more<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>            8. Perform DTC inspection. (See <a href=\"\"#id0502o129010001\">Reading DTCs Procedure<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            9.
