Read the cautions carefully so as not to damage the parts while servicing.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004832.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004832.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Install the washers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004833.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004833.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2. Install the bolt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Tightening torque<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>5.0\u20149.0 N\u00b7m {51\u201491 kgf\u00b7cm, 45\u201479 in\u00b7lbf}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004834.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004834.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            3. Install the stud bolt to the differential.<\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Tightening torque<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>25\u201435 N\u00b7m {2.6\u20143.5 kgf\u00b7m, 19\u201425 ft\u00b7lbf}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Verify that the projection amount of the stud bolt is within the specification.<\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Specification<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>36.5\u201438.5 mm {1.44\u20141.51 in}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004835.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004835.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            4. Assemble the power plant frame from the rear differential side and temporarily tighten all the nuts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004836.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004836.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            5. Install the nuts shown in the figure in the following order.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004840.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004840.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Tightening torque<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>164\u2014200 N\u00b7m {17\u201420 kgf\u00b7m, 121\u2014147 ft\u00b7lbf}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>              a. Tighten the nut (front side) to the specified torque.<\/p>\n<p>              b. Tighten the nut (rear side) to the specified torque.<\/p>\n<p>              c. Retighten the nut (front side) to the specified torque.<\/p>\n<p>            9. Install the tunnel member.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004841.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004841.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            10. Adjust the height of the transmission using a transmission jack, and verify that the power plant frame installation position is within the specification.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n                <b>Specification<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Between bottom surface of power plant frame and top surface of tunnel member: 22.4\u201428.4 mm {0.89\u20141.11 in}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004842.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004842.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            11. Tighten the nuts (4 locations) on the transmission side.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004843.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004843.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Tightening torque<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>135\u2014164 N\u00b7m {14\u201416 kgf\u00b7m, 100\u2014120 ft\u00b7lbf}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            12. Remove the rubber or rag from the transmission jack and between the rear differential and rear crossmember.<\/p>\n<p>            13. Verify that the power plant frame installation position is within the specification indicated in Step 10.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If not within the specification, repeat from Step 10.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            14. Install the member bracket.
