Otherwise, the drive belt could get caught and cause an accident.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the air hose, ventilation hose, and air intake hose No.2 (with resonance chamber No.2) at the positions shown in the figure, and remove them as a single unit. (See <a href=\"SM352729\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005500.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005500.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            2. Measure the clearance around the entire circumference between the pressure plate and A\/C compressor pulley using a thickness gauge.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003850.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003850.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            3. Verify that the clearance is within the specification.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the clearance is not within the specification, perform the following procedure and adjust the clearance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Display the PCM simulation items using the M-MDS. (See <a href=\"SM352608\">ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Turn the A\/C relay on using the PCM simulation item ACCS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lock the crankshaft pulley.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the crankshaft pulley rotates with the magnetic clutch engaged, the magnetic clutch will be released.
