Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Discharge the refrigerant from the system. (See <a href=\"SM353305\">REFRIGERANT RECOVERY<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM353303\">REFRIGERANT CHARGING<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Coolant reserve tank (See <a href=\"SM352715\">COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Air cleaner, air hose and resonance chamber No.1 as a single unit (See <a href=\"SM352729\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Battery and battery tray (See <a href=\"SM352780\">BATTERY REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Front under cover (See <a href=\"SM356165\">FRONT UNDER COVER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              e. Front tire (See <a href=\"SM352848\">GENERAL PROCEDURES (SUSPENSION)<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              f. Front mudguard No.1 (See <a href=\"SM356174\">FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              g. Front splash shield No.2 (See <a href=\"SM356171\">FRONT SPLASH SHIELD No.2 REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4. Drain the engine coolant. (See <a href=\"SM352713\">ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            5. Remove the bolt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003876.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003876.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            6. While pressing the clip tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, pull the clip in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the clip tabs from the radiator.<\/p>\n<p>            7. Remove the clips.<\/p>\n<p>            8. Disconnect the connector.<\/p>\n<p>            9. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003877.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003877.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            10. Remove the upper mount rubber brackets.<\/p>\n<p>            11. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003878.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003878.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            12. While pressing the clip tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, pull the clip in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the clip tabs from the radiator.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003879.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003879.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            13. Remove the clip.<\/p>\n<p>            14. Disconnect the lower radiator hose.<\/p>\n<p>            15. Disconnect the oil hoses No.5 and No.6. (AT)<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003880.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003880.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            16. Remove the bolt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003881.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003881.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If moisture or foreign matter enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign matter out of the cycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            17. Disconnect the cooler hose (HI).<\/p>\n<p>            18. Remove the bolt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003882.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003882.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If moisture or foreign matter enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign matter out of the cycle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            19. Disconnect the cooler pipe (HI) B.<\/p>\n<p>            20. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003883.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003883.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            21. Remove the center mount rubber brackets.<\/p>\n<p>            22. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005664.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005664.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            23. Remove the lower mount rubber brackets.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>The radiator, cooling fan component, and condenser are very heavy. When loading\/unloading these parts to\/from the vehicle, always perform with at least one other person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            24. Remove the radiator, cooling fan component, and condenser as a single unit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005665.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00005665.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            25. Remove the bolts.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003886.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003886.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>The tab connection parts of the condenser and radiator are covered with urethane seals. Therefore, the urethane seals may be damaged if the condenser is removed\/installed without folding the urethane seals. Fold the urethane seals when removing\/installing the condenser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            26. Fold the urethane seal in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.<\/p>\n<p>            27. Remove the condenser.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003887.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003887.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            28. Install in the reverse order of removal.<\/p>\n<p>            29. When replacing the condenser, add compressor oil to the refrigerant cycle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n                <b>Supplemental compressor oil amount (approx. quantity)<\/b><\/p>\n<li>\n<p>24 ml {24 cc, 0.81 US fl oz}<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            30. Inspect for engine coolant leakage. (See <a href=\"SM352712\">ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            31. Perform the refrigerant system performance test.
