Coolant reserve tank (See <a href=\"SM352715\">COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              b. Air cleaner, air hose and resonance chamber No.1 as a single unit (See <a href=\"SM352729\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Battery and battery tray (See <a href=\"SM352780\">BATTERY REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the bolts. (See <a href=\"\"#id07110080300007\">Refrigerant Line Removal Note<\/a>.) Remove the cooler hose (LO). Do not allow compressor oil to spill.<\/p>\n<p>            6. Install in the reverse order of removal. (See <a href=\"SM353302\">REFRIGERANT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TEST<\/a>.)<br \/>\n          <a name=\"id07110080300002\" id=\"id07110080300002\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Cooler Hose (HI)<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Discharge the refrigerant from the system. (See <a href=\"SM353305\">REFRIGERANT RECOVERY<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM353303\">REFRIGERANT CHARGING<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the following parts:<\/p>\n<p>              a. Front under cover (See <a href=\"SM356165\">FRONT UNDER COVER REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              c. Front tire (LH) (See <a href=\"SM352848\">GENERAL PROCEDURES (SUSPENSION)<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              d. Front mudguard No.1 (LH) (See <a href=\"SM356174\">FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>              e. Front splash shield No.2 (LH) (See <a href=\"SM356171\">FRONT SPLASH SHIELD No.2 REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If moisture or foreign matter enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Remove the center mount rubber bracket (LH).<\/p>\n<p>            9. Support the radiator using a jack.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003896.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00003896.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>            10. Remove the lower mount rubber bracket (LH).<\/p>\n<p>            12. Remove the cooler hose (HI). Do not allow compressor oil to spill.<\/p>\n<p>            13. Install in the reverse order of removal. (See <a href=\"\"#id07110080300009\">Refrigerant Line Installation Note (2)<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            14. Perform the refrigerant system performance test. (See <a href=\"SM353302\">REFRIGERANT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TEST<\/a>.)<br \/>\n          <a name=\"id07110080300003\" id=\"id07110080300003\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Cooler Pipe (LO)<\/h4>\n<p>            1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See <a href=\"SM352783\">NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION\/CONNECTION<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            2. Discharge the refrigerant from the system. (See <a href=\"SM353305\">REFRIGERANT RECOVERY<\/a>.) (See <a href=\"SM353303\">REFRIGERANT CHARGING<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            3. Remove the coolant reserve tank. (See <a href=\"SM352715\">COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>            4. Remove the air cleaner, air hose and resonance chamber No.1 as a single unit. (See <a href=\"SM352729\">INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL\/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If moisture or foreign matter enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur.
