    Is the driver-side pressure sensor correctly installed?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Correctly install the driver-side pressure sensor.<\/p>\n

Then go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n INSPECT DRIVER-SIDE PRESSURE SENSOR CONNECTOR<\/b><\/p>\n

Replace the malfunctioning part, then go to Step 5.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n INSPECT DRIVER-SIDE PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT FOR OPEN CIRCUIT<\/b><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Driver-side pressure sensor and SAS control module connectors are disconnected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Inspect for continuity between the following terminals (wiring harness-side):<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Driver-side pressure sensor terminal A???SAS control module terminal 1V<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Driver-side pressure sensor terminal B???SAS control module terminal 1T<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

      NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Inspect for continuity while shaking the wiring harness between the SAS control module and driver-side pressure sensor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Is there continuity?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between SAS control module terminal and driver-side pressure sensor terminal.<\/p>\n

    \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
  • \n

    Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
    • \n

      Replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
