\n

Auto leveling control module low power supply voltage input<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Detection condition<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Auto leveling control module power supply circuit voltage of 9.8 V or less<\/b> is detected for 5 s or more<\/b> with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Fail-safe<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

  • \n

    The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

      Short to ground in wiring harness between METER1 10 A fuse and auto leveling control module terminal N<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      METER1 10 A fuse malfunction<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Open circuit in wiring harness between IG1 relay terminal C and auto leveling control module terminal N<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 6.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

5<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n VERIFY AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Inspect the METER1 10 A fuse.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    If the fuse is blown:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between METER1 10 A fuse and auto leveling control module terminal N.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
      • \n

        Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
        • \n

          Repair or replace the wiring harness which has a short to ground.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Replace the fuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

        • \n

          If the fuse is damaged:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            \n
          • \n

            Replace the fuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • \n

            If the fuse is normal:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between IG1 relay terminal C and auto leveling control module terminal N.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                \n If there is a common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
              • \n

                Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  \n If there is no common connector:<\/b><\/p>\n
                • \n

                  Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
