(See <a href=\"SM353553\">CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>          <a name=\"id10020000070001\" id=\"id10020000070001\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>System Wiring Diagram<\/h4>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004955.GIF\"><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"absmiddle\" border=\"0\" src=\"\/16ND\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/AMXUUW00004955.GIF\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"id10020000070002\" id=\"id10020000070002\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Determination Procedure<\/h4>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">CAUTION:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>When disconnecting the connector, verify that there is no looseness, damage, deformation, corrosion, or poor connection of the connector terminals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>When inspecting the DLC-2, touch it with a paper clip or similar thin pin without directly inserting a tester into the terminals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Disconnect the negative battery cable before performing any work that requires handling of connectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span class=\"c1\">NOTE:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\n<p>If the ignition does not turn on even if the ignition is switched ON, switch the ignition ON referring to the forced ignition ON procedure.
