Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Remove dirt or foreign material (reflective object), then go to Step 4.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n INSPECT AREA AROUND BLIND SPOT MONITORING (BSM) CONTROL MODULE (LH)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Visually inspect the area around the blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module (LH) for the following:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Dirt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Adhered foreign material (reflective object)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • \n

      Is there any dirt or foreign matter (reflective object) around the blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module (LH)?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Remove dirt or foreign material (reflective object), then go to Step 4.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n VERIFY REAR BUMPER REPAIR HISTORY<\/b><\/p>\n

    Verify if the rear bumper had been repaired or repainted before.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • \n

      Is the repair or repaint of the rear bumper Mazda genuine?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

Yes<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

No<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Replace the rear bumper, then go to the next step.<\/p>\n
