INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR NO.2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 1.5]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the engine cover. (See ENGINE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 1.5].)

3.  Disconnect the IAT sensor No.2 connector.

4.  Remove the clip from the bracket.

5.  Remove the clip from the HP-EGR control valve bracket and move the connector in the direction of the arrow to secure an operation space.

6.  Remove the bolts of the water-cooled coolant reserve tank and slightly move it in the direction of the arrow to secure an operation space.

7.  Remove the IAT sensor No.2 using the SST.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
