1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Disconnect the DSC HU/CM connector. (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L.H.D.].) (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [R.H.D.].)

3.  Connect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

4.  Attach the tester lead to the DSC HU/CM wiring harness-side connector and inspect voltage, continuity, or resistance according to the Terminal Voltage Table (Reference) on the table.
