WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Windshield Washer Hose A

1.  Remove the front mudguard (RH). (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect windshield washer hose A from the washer motor.

3.  Remove windshield washer hose A from the washer tank hook. (See Windshield washer hose A installation note.)

4.  Pull out windshield washer hose A from area A of the washer tank.

5.  Remove windshield washer hose A from clips A and B.

6.  Disconnect windshield washer hose B from joint pipe A.

7.  Remove windshield washer hose A.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Windshield washer hose A installation note

1.  When installing front washer hose A to the washer tank hook, install it with the upper end of the green mark aligned to the hook.

Windshield Washer Hose B

L.H.D.

1.  Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe A of the windshield washer hose. (See Windshield Washer Hose A)

3.  Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect windshield washer hoses C from joint pipe B.

5.  Disconnect windshield washer hose B from joint pipe C.

6.  Remove windshield washer hose B.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

R.H.D.

1.  Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe A of the windshield washer hose. (See Windshield Washer Hose A)

3.  Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect windshield washer hoses C and D from joint pipe B.

5.  Remove windshield washer hose B.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
