DAB ANTENNA AMPLIFIER INSPECTION

1.  Remove the liftgate upper trim. (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Measure the voltage at DAB antenna amplifier connector terminal A.

If the voltage is 8 V:

•  The DAB antenna amplifier is normal.

If the voltage is other than 8 V:

•  Inspect the tuner and amp unit and the antenna feeder. (See ANTENNA FEEDER NO.1 INSPECTION.) (See ANTENNA FEEDER NO.2 INSPECTION.) (See ANTENNA FEEDER NO.3 INSPECTION.)

―  If the tuner and amp unit and the antenna feeder are normal, replace the DAB antenna amplifier. (See DAB ANTENNA AMPLIFIER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
